Description

The fifth edition of RGBMTL, a Montreal artist-collective event showcasing digital art communities active online and on blockchain. A collective curation of over 200 artists, each presented for one minute in a looping playlist. Works are displayed through large-scale architectural projections, a wall of CRT screens, and an LED monolith. Free and open to all. Max Capacity is on the official artist roster (linked to maxcapa.city).

Max Capacity Contributions

Three one-minute programs, one per display format:

  • Projection wall (corner diptych, 3840×1200): NEW LIFE (left wall) and ENNUI (right wall), looping simultaneously
  • CRT wall (800×600): seven-work analog VHS glitch reel — EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES, HEXENSABBAT, N0982, N0760, N0565, SOLAR WIND, Thalassa
  • Monolith (720×1080): GRID STATE ERRANT BLOCK NEO TOKYO followed by the five Lichtenstein Tribute panels — DROWNING BOY, HOPELESS, OHHH…ALRIGHT…, THE MELODY HAUNTS MY REVERIE, MASTERPIECE
