Description

DVD Dead Drop is a commissioned installation by artist Aram Bartholl at the Museum of the Moving Image, organized by curator Jason Eppink. A slot-loading DVD burner is embedded into the side of the museum; visitors who insert a blank DVD-R receive a curated digital art exhibition. The installation ran a series of themed volumes over its 15-month run. Max Capacity’s work was featured in the “BEST OF Fach & Asendorf Gallery” volume — a curated selection from the Fach & Asendorf Gallery GIF art program — which ran February 8–March 18, 2013.
